Hello, I am having a problem with my Dell inspiron laptop. When I start my computer the dell logo appears followed by the flashing underscore at the top left of the screen then the computer restarts and it happens all over again. I ran some diagnostics and it found nothing wrong with any of my systems. Please help if you can, thank you.

It doesn't give me any options, it just keeps repeating the same two screens.
