recently i have change my my bios from normal to fast now it open it boot fast but i want to change setting back again to normal i want that my pic boot normaly and show bios configration then how can change back it on toshiba setallite C660-20H plz friend help me to solve this problem .............

Press F2 while powering on the unit. This is the right and only method to access the BIOS. Press F2 several times in the row... to trigger BIOS access.
