Hello Mike,
I see that you are stressed out because it's very difficult to understand your issue.
I suggest that you pour yourself a cup of tea (or a pint of stout), relax and explain the following and try to write in good English:
1. "soft where is missing form the ram"
2. "how do I UN delete them files" (What files)
3. "Windows survice error so can sum one send me sum"
