Dearest Member, let us stop to think about this. Did you activate it prior to lossing it? IF not, there would probably be no way to PUSH it on. Did you test it after you installed it? If you tested it before you actually lossed the phone, you would be aware of the neccessary steps to recover. I am sorry as this is not what you wanted to hear, But I am certain it is is too late.
