                    Hi,
Do you mean uninstalling a program?
1. Head to Start Menu > Control Panel.
2. Click on "Uninstall a Program" under the "Programs" section.
3.From there, find the program you want to uninstall and click on it. You should see an "Uninstall" button show up at the top of the pane. Click on that, and it'll open up that program's uninstaller. Hit next, and when it finishes, the program will be completely removed from your system.
Hope this helps!

You must delete it in the programme files, also from application data perhaps from common files and shared files.
Then for the most delicate portion, you must delete it from the registry where there may be a dozen key and values.
I assume here that you are looking for trouble doing the way you wish, that is without any software.
