8GB Pendrive after formating pen drive was not opening

My 8GB is not formatting. At first it was copy writed. After I install the JF Format tool. By using this I format the Pendrive, now all files have geen deleted. after formating pen drive was not opening, it was still ask to format. atlast it shown me as a Removable Disk
