Just search how to recover formatted file in Google and you would get a lot of results talking about that. I personally didn't tried that, so I can not give you a specific suggestion.

you can try this https://www.easeus.com/resource/recover-data-after-format.htm but if you are not sure of how you will do it then better go to a pc expert for this
