Comparing 2 excel reports

Hello,

I need to match a payroll report to a vendor bill.

The payroll report includes name, deduction amount their relevant information and the vendor bill includes name and billed amount. I need to match the dedcution amount to the billed amount for each employee. Is there a easy way match these up instead of going manually going line by line?

There a lot of automatic way to compare these data using Excel.
