Light on wireless router on, but not connecting?

The blue light on my Belkin N150 Wireless Router Model F9K1001v1 is on, and so is the blue light on the WPS button, but for some reason I cannot get anything to connect to it. It says it is working, but when I try to sign in it says that it cannot connect. Someone please help?

Have you tried using an ethernet cable to the router and computer?

Have you tried turning the router off/on?
