Screen went off after bios reset

Hi bro and sis,peace b upn u all.
im using hcl government laptop.Its comes with windows 7 , i ve been working with windows 8 on it for some months.yesterday I was working with bios .I dont know what ive changed from that,so i selected LOAD OPTIMISED DEFAULT
SAVE CHANGES AND EXIT
after the laptop restarted from bios,after tat instance my screen never came on.its blank till now...tried battery romoving ,pressing power button for 40 sec and all but still screen not coming.
notification lights are on, hdd spinning fan spinning,if i plug my phone it gets charged.
help mme here .
if there is a way to make my screen go live...
