My laptop won't turn on

Hello,
I have a Toshiba laptop and it won't turn on at all I don't get the bios. I tried the removing the power method, also tried removing the ram and the hard drive but no luck at all. I need the help, thanks

Oh boy! Another Toshiba failure!

If removing the "flea power" has not worked, I suggest restoring to factory settings. Unfortunately, all data is lost.

I can't seem to even get the boot up menu, all I get is the light saying I have power and the fan as soon as I turn it on

Have you tried factory settings? How?

As soon as I turn it on I wait for the boot up menu abd try the F8 method but I don't get that at all, unless there is another way that's the only way I know how to reset it. Thanks again for helping
