Probably nothing. If you have a 32 bit OS and a 1 GB video card then that's about the right number. There is also a difference between what a GB of memory is. Microsoft uses hex GB which is 1024 MB where the MB and memory manufacturers use decimal GB (1000 MB).

OK, Thanks for the info. It's running Windows 7 Ultimate, 32 bit, and just the onboard video. I guess that's as good as it's gonna get.
