I think your PC might be filled with Virus..
I prefer you to format your PC and pendrive.
Scan with any genuine antivirus software after use any pen drive in your PC.
Don't use your pendrive in internet cafe, college, school, etc.
If want to use check whether the machine is not affected by viruses.
