Sorry but no. USB Fix is a totally separate tool not a software.
USB Fix is under constant evolution and updates frequently. There is no automatic update for it, in fact it is recommended that you delete USB Fix after you used it.
Usually you get those viruses from connecting your memory devices from other computers.
Of course you can install the antivirus of your choice on your computer
