My pendrive shows files & folders but nothing opens

I have pen drive with 8gb hp model. The data is shown in pendrive but when i click to open it does not work. i.e. when i click on image the windows picture viewer opens but it says preview is not available & when i click on mpeg video file video player opens and says cant read the source. How to fix this problem please help

Transfer the video file to your computer and try playing from there.

I cant copy or move files from pendrive to computer

Why not? Is there an error message? What procedure are you using to transfer? What is your operating system?

As like frozen files i cant do anything with those files

Looks to me that those files are corrupted and were not put on the pen drive properly. I suggest you delete them and retry.
