My last suggestion consists of with Explorer, go to programme files, click on the folder lock programme and see if you see a lock and/or unlock folders folder.
A lot of people have problems with such programmes, if nobody else has access to your computer, I suggest you no longer use it. Locked folders are sometimes difficult to recover.
I'm sorry but I have not other alternative other than the one above to find those elusive folders which you unlocked.
