My screen is white, please help.

Hello, I need help figuring this out. just this morning i turn on my window Lenova laptop to find out that my computer screen was black. I have no idea what caused it to do that, so i did a hard shutdown only to to have my screen turn white. if i shake on it a little it goes back to black for a bit, but then it turn to white. the screen shows up if i hook up my laptop to my monitor. I really don't know what to do, i just got my laptop like five month ago. may i have help please?
