Boot up problem

I have a asus laptop. Everytime I start my asus I get the following message " Setup is starting services and then an Install window with the message "The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered error ... "
It does not start. Even when I restart I get the same message. Help!

The problem could either be cause by software or hardware. It's going to need "hands on" access by a qualified computer tech.
