How do I automate my Excel worksheet

Hello, I have a workbook that contains two worksheets, sheet 1 is my budget worksheet and sheet 2 are the invoices paid. I want to take sheet 2 and have the invoices related to the correct budget line item in sheet one to go to that line in sheet 1 so that I can keep up with remaining budget. How do I do that?

I suggest you buy some real business software like Quickbooks

Fully Agree! Real Money warrants ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE. It is called the cost of doing business. You will save money in the long run!
