I have an excel invoice made up with guest details.
I need to place information into another spread sheet, this gets rather tedious to do every day, there has to be a simpler way of doing it.

At the moment I have hyperlinked the Invoice into one column of the spread sheet
My objective is to autofil the information from the hyperlinked invoice to the spread sheet.

Please help

Ok, become familier with DDE, Dynamic Date Exchange. That way you can link to a file that you have been presented with, because that "department" wishes to make it that way!

Can you ask that other creator of the report to format it in another way? Communication is the key!
