Oh, I know an easy way.....
It is essential that you read all instruction, prior to starting any one step of this process.
*****NOTE WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR FAILED UPGRADES*******
Step 1: Grasp the phone really hard, and see if it bounces off of the floor, to see if can be upgraded.
Determine if it qulaifies:If it bounces, it will not upgrade. If it doesn't bounce, then you will need to continue to read instructions.
Step 3: Take your phone (and all of the parts), to the store, and tell them to upgrade you. They will be able to assist.
Maybe you just need a micro sd inserted?
