For recovery of two very m folders

Hello,

I installed a software 'folder lock' to lock two folders and in one of them I installed that software. After installing I launched it and locked those two folders and closed the software window. Now when folders are locked I am not able to open that software because it was in those two folders. The shortcut from strat menu says that "You have no permission to access that software" so I ran it as administrator but all in vain. Because the software is in one of the folders which were locked. Please help!
