I tried turning on my Toshiba laptop, but it is frozen at the front screen which says Toshiba Leading Innovation, and "Press F2 go to Setup Utility, F12 go to Boot Manager". But pressing either of those buttons do not work. Please help.

Take the hard drive out and see if you get passed the splash screen, usually they freeze when they are stuck detecting IDE devices
