PC Screen Freeze

My Acer 2700 was regularly showing most of my files as "corrupt". On attempt to install an anti-virus the battery run flat and pc switched off. Upon connecting to ac-power source and switched on, the laptop froze at the Acer logo screen with a continuos ringing tone. It has remained like that for a long time now inspite of several effort to make it work. What do I do?

It seems that your operating system is corrupted. Try to safemode your Laptop then if you can get pass at safemode, system restore your Laptop.

Please give me a feedback if it is not working.

you need to reinstall the operative system with the system disk, in comes the option to repair the system or boot sector is damage in this case we recommend you buy a new hard drive
