When starting my pc first time bios not appearing

I have a new pc, intel motherboard, 2.9ghz dc processor, Problem is that when starting my pc first time bios not appearing, but when click restart bios is coming, and running well, question is that why not showing bios in first time

I suggest you check for a BIOS update. I had the same problem on one of my builds and it was not fixed until they released a new BIOS.

Just be VERY careful that you know exactly how to update the BIOS and that your electricity is not likely to fail while updating. A failed BIOS update will sometime require a BIOS chip replacement.
