How long have you tried letting it load after cutting it on? You may need do a clean install of your operating system. Also try logging into your boot screen and running under safe mode. Hope this helps and good luck, more details on your pc could help, such as operating system, acer model number, etc....

I have tried draining energy by pressing power button 45 sec removing battery and disconnecting power. but the nothing works. I turn ON power only the blue LED is ON and then I press power button . nothing comes. No driver light. No fan sound. Nothing in th escreen. after few seconds the power button light also blinks and go off. then nothing is seen. only 2 times the the booting screen appeared for few seconds (just seconds only)
