Automatically shut down

Gud morning..i have a problem with my laptop..sometimes my laptop will automatically shut down whrn i used the internet.when i want to download other downloader sorftware for my laptop,a few minutes after that it will shut down.what actually the problems with my laptop?can u help me?

is your laptop overheating?

Is it really hot when it turns off?

Yes,it will be overheating when shut down..the problem is it shut down when connect the network.why it happened and what can i do to solve it?

If your laptop is overheating then it was force the computer to turn off to prevent damage to hardware

I suggest you look at clearing out dust from vents etc

Put the laptop on a hard surface rather than on covers so you don't suffocate be laptop.

See how you get on giving it space to breath.

Actually i have put my laptop on a hard surface but it still not working..can u giv
