Does you laptop run off the mains at all? If it doesn't changes are that your power adapter is damaged and needs to be replaced.

I dont know yet if my power adapter is damage...i was using my laptop yesterday for 10-20 minutes then i shut it down...and after 3 hours im going to use my laptop but it wont turn on...

OK, that's very weird! Have you tried plugging your laptop into a different power outlet? Just to see if there is a problem with the outlet that your were previously using.
