My kids were playing with the built in camera recording themselves when the screen froze and now it will not come on. The battery took charge overnight but when I turn it on the screen is blank, shows 1 blue light, and nothing else will work, the cd part wont even eject. I still have a year until the warranty runs out but im hoping maybe I can resolve it myself. Please help!!!

Try this:

1. Remove the battery and cable

2. Press and hold the start button for 58 seconds

3. Replug and start
