Need help with iPod and iPhone

My laptop can't find my iPhone 4 or iPod Classic but found my iPad 2.

I've done:
Update both devices and iTunes
Repaired the Apple device software (ADM or something like that)
Repaired iTunes
Shut down and restarted laptop, iPod and iPhone
Checked the cable and USB ports (they charge but can't transfer anything)

I know uninstalling iTunes and reinstalling might do it (I'm doing it just now but have little faith it'll work)

I know a lot of people have posted the same problem nothing has helped yet, any help will be greatly appreicated.

My laptop details:

64-bit OS
Windows 7
RAM 6GB
