My samsung gts5670 samsung home not responding.how to solved it?

Either it works, or it is broken. Have you taken the battery out of it and tried to restart it? If you have and it still doesn't work, then it is broken and unless you are a mobile service tech then there is nothing on that phone that is user serviceable. Sorry.
