Use a phone to verify your account

When I open my fb account, this msg box appears
"Use a phone to verify your account..."
When I enter the phone number, the msg appears:
"Sorry, there was a temporary error sending your confirmation text. Please try again in a little while or right now."
And this has been happening for at least six days..
How may I recover my mobile..

What has Facebook said about it? Do they have a system outage?

We cannot do anything about facebooks failed delivery. Maybe try a differnt method of verification. Contact Facebook and ask them for advice, it is their services you are trying to use.
