Outlook not sending

I am receiving emails, but when hitting the reply button nothing happens. I can't tell what version of windows I have, but I think it's the most recent. I'm organizing an event and need to email people! Thanks for your help.

when you hit reply does a new window come up allowing you to input data?

Close Outlook.

hold CTRL and open Outlook, it will prompt to open in Safe Mode - Press OK.

try it again.

if it works then the problem is with an add in.

go to start > run > type Outlook.exe /safe and press OK.

Went into work and it worked on their WIFI!!! IT support thinks the cache was full and showed me how to empty it, but it's now working Thank you for your help!
