Downloading Chrome in English

I have tried that and it comes up as downloading but nothing happened.A messgae did come up in Thai that I cannot read and cannot cut and paste to translate.Google do not give an option of downloading in different languages, although once installed the language settings can be changed.That does not work fully as Bookmarks come up in English but Other Bookmarks are still in Thai.

When I download, nothing comes up with run or save.I clicked on the Chrome icon as the green Download button did not work and got a full Thai version which is difficult to change as the Tools bar is in Thai.

Any help dpwnloading in English would be greatly appreciated.
