BING pop-ups

I have the windows 8 nokia 1520. It's a fantastic device exxxxxcept the BING page keeps popping up. I can be playing solitare, editing a photo, writing a note, et. and the d**m thing just pops up. The biggest problem is that half the time it just causes the phone to freeze up. Now I think Bing is generally a great search tool but NOT all the time! Has anyone figured out how to disable this Bing thing?

You should be able to uninstall Bing from the Control Panel.
