I have eliminated unwanted whatsapp messenger contacts from my contact database on my samsung stratosphere 2 android phone. However, the phone numbers and contact photos still remains in my whatsapp messenger contact list.

How do you eliminate unwanted whatsapp messenger contacts from your android phone permanently???

Go to settings and
Press the refresh button... try this
