Excel Auto-Data Transfer

Hello,

1. How do you transfer a whole row of data into a new tab if an X is put in the first blank column of data

2. How do you move a whole row of data to a new tab based of one previous data that is conditionally formated


here is a picture. ex 1 if i put an X in the marketing row, i could i keep that row there and show it in the "top" tab/sheet

ex2. if the date is in red/past this week how do i put those whole row into the "late" tab/sheet
