Stupid keyboard types b when i press the right direction key

i have a lenovo G470 ideapad since the last 3 years....it was working great but today it started showing some problems......my keyboard types b when i press the right direction key,it switches on the number lock when i press t :( how can i fix it ?

Sometimes a circuit clean-up will do the trick otherwise a technician can see to it.
