I have had an HP 2050 deskjet J510. I have tried everything I can think of to increase the font size. Does anyone have any suggestions? I practically have to have a magnifying glass to read what I print out.

This has nothing to do with the printer, it all depends what you send to the printer.

It was a letter from MD Anderson with my radiation therapy schedule. On my computer it was at least a 12 font, but when I printed it out, it was more like a 2 or 3 font if they go that small.

What is the letter's format? Word? PDF?

I have no idea. It was a schedule sent to my email account with a link to the hospital. I finally copied and pasted it to my Libre program, increased the font size and it worked.
Thank you so much for your input, but I finally had to go another way. I don't care how I get it as long as it worked and I can read it.

Thanks again,

Thank you so much for your help and well wishes. I plan to come out of this better than ever. And, thank you so much for your offer of further assistance. As you can probably tell, I am not very computer illiterate.

When you go to print, click on advanced settings, and look for scaling. Change the scale to 200% or 300%.

Give that a try!
