Microsoft excel large file

Hello,

Im working on huge file of excel. I have many different collums and rows. What i need:

I need to copy all data from on generated excel file to another.
For example, i have rows "Merchants", "Payments", "Merchant adress", "Merchant ID" and etc. Im generating data from database in exel file. So I need to copy this data to my own excel in correct place ( i mean payments should be copied to that correct merchant to correct merchant ID).

What script or select i need to use?
