Automatic transfer of dataClosed

Hi. I would like to know if there is a possibility of an automatic data transfer when using specific phrase. For example, this is what we put to each cell. I would like to know that once you type in "90min" it can add 30 to a different cell and once you type in # following by those 8 numbers, the 8 numbers, the whole info can be transferred to another spreadsheet but in a slightly different order. 

Gretchen	    90min	          gr
230-4		         #3561-3861

So what I need is that once I type in #3561-3861 on sheet 1, sheet 2 will display this info:
Gretchen (in once cell)  time (in the next cell) 90min (in third cell) # (in forth) and any additional info I want

You could almost certainly do that, but I can't explain it without showing you.  You would use a formula in each of the cells that will copy 230-4 #3561-3861 from whereever and display it in a cell on sheet 2.  However, It will take all of the info from one cell, not just one word.  Go to your nearby attain lab for more info.  There are smart people there who know about Microsoft excel.  I'm assuming you live in New York, USA.  If you aren't, you might have to rely on youtube for help.  

Also, you might ask somebody who has taken the excel certification.  Good luck.
