BOOT FAILURE(PCI CARD is the root cause)

Need some solution for below Q
when i was working on ma hardware accidentally a connecting wire got stuck in ma GRAPHIC CARDS FAN and quickly i removed the supply to the PC.Next movement whn i turned ma PC ON it was not showing anything the processor FAN got stuck and than when i removed the graphic card ma PC started to work and than it went off again so i changed ma BIOS settings to DEFAULT and now ma PC is giving me BOOT problem.

Hello,

Try this 1

Go to BIOS --> Load default settings --> Make sure your hard drive is detected -->

Set the first boot device to hard drive --> Save the settings and exit from BIOS.
