I am working on a spreadsheet that tracks vehicles preventive maintenance.

I would like the Mileage Last PM was performed (A1) to turn red when the Month Ending Mileage (B2) exceeds the last PM mileage by 10000. There are several trucks I have to do this for and would like to carry the formatting from A1-A70.

ROB_L, Good evening.

Select A1.
Menu Conditional Formatting.
New Rule.
Using Formulas.

=B2>=A1+10000
....Choose RED as fill cell.
OK

Apply to $A$1:$A$70

This rule does exactly what you asked for.

Is it what you want?
I hope it helps.
