Hello,
I have a problem with installing IDM , I think the problem is with N de série . please help me to fix it.

Back here, you know where, in N de série, would mean the "cereal" number! :-)

OK, so your serial number is entered wrong.

Where did you obtain your serial number? Please do not post your number here, just tell us where you got it?

Yes, my serial number was blocked but now my problem have been solved so thanks for your help .
