Quick heal internet security 2010 WAB server response is slow

we have purchased 5 users QHIS 2010 sometimes in May 2014.All 4 users have already installed and updated their antivirus except me. In absence of my labtop, i kept for some times with out intalling it.But now i got my PC /laptop and i tried to activate the same with the last number product key with the given lat product key (01316............88186).But it did not work as it gives the message box saying "WAB server response is slow.This may due to high traffic at this time".Try it later.
Please help me to activate the product.
