Hi

When is the last time you successfully accessed your account?

I've been logged in through my phone. Some reason I'm not sign in no more. Been trying all my pass words that I can think of but it didn't work. I'm trying to retrive cause that's where all my mail is. So I had to make another account. But would like to get in my other account.

The reason I am asking, is that if you do not access your account for 30 days or more, Yahoo deems your account as absolete, as if you had died, and deletes the account from the server.

Go to this page
https://io.help.yahoo.com/contact/index?page=home&locale=en_CA&y=PROD_ACCT
Select password and sign in
Select forgot password
Click on "password helper" or
Click on the envelope to get the Yahoo customer service phone number for your region.
Or click on the envelope to open an e-mail case. If you do not know your security question, in the space provided for them, write "unknown"
Good luck
