Hotmail will delete my account without a reason..

Hello forum readers.. recently i've been trying to access my outlook account. but a message shows up from the 'trustworthy sender' saying that they want to protect my account so they have decide to send a password at my alternative e-mail wich i gave 4 years ago when i was creating my hotmail account. That e-mail is deleted a long time ago. maybe years. So , i can not have access at that e-mail . i've send mails to the support. but unfortunately there is a deadline until 8th september! How they don't take into concideration the fact that the alternative email account in which they intend to send the activisation keycode of security is deleted, and why they don't offer a different way for us to retreive this security code? i am losing my email tomorrow, cause of this, had to delete all my accounts that were based on this email, because eventhough i sent them an email, asking for help towards my previously said problem, they completely ignored me.

any solution , or i should give up ?
