Want to recover my old mail

Hi Team,

I have to recover my old mail, which was having very important data, without these mail i have to face isuues, so please request you to kindly help me to recover my old deleted mail.

Well, what email provider?

Did you check you sent or trash folder? Start there.

Please understand, we cannot perform recovery for you, as we have no means to perfrom these tasks. It is really up to you and your provider.
