Pc sound is not working..

Hello,
i have given my cpu to a well known shop for fomatt it.when i went there again they said that your pc is working but sound problem is there .and until and unless the motherboard is not changed .there is no chances to have sound on mine pc ....
i have realtek sound driver(up to date) installed on my pc but still its not working..
window 7 32 bit

what to do

Hello

First try to reinstall your sound card driver.

Motherboard change for a sound problem! I doubt it.

so first i should uninstall it then again install the same realtek sound driver????

See if there has been an updated version of the driver and install the new one. If not just reinstall the driver.

What is you operating system?

no sir it is not working at all
i have win 7 32 bit
window 7 ultimate

Please tell me what is the make and model of your computer and model of your sound card.
