It can be a couple of things..
Try testing a other screen on the computer..
Do you have a screen card/graphics card? If you do have there might be a problem.
I dont think it can be the Memory of the computer otherwise it would make beeping sounds.
Check the cables connected from the screen to the computer.
If all else fails, it might be the motherboard then..
